

Through the ERDF Regional Operational Programme (ROP), Axis 1 Measure 1.1.2, Esseoquattro SpA has faced the significant transformation of the packaging industry (eco-compatibility challenges, cutting and printing innovation, customisation, workflow digitalisation, cost containment and quality increase…) by introducing a new business and strategic marketing model.
Through the so-called ‘Brand Strategy’ consultancy, Esseoquattro improved its business model and market positioning, making itself attractive to its target segments while limiting the budgets to be invested.
The company has become strongly aware of the best commercial actions to be implemented, their implementation timing and how to detail them, so as not to waste economic resources on ineffective campaigns. Financial support granted:
